Check In 2pm – please note we don’t accept Check Ins after dark (within reason), for your safety and the serenity of our Guests – discuss with Alison
Check Out is 10am
Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are subject to change
- All rates are based on a maximum two adults per tent. If additional guests or children are found to be onsite Bukirk reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you will be asked to leave site with no compensation
- Bukirk Glamping does not cater for children – Adults Only
- Bookings are guaranteed at time of Reservation with payment by Credit Card. A 1.7% surcharge has been applied for all Visa & Mastercard payments. Amex & Diners Club are not accepted
- All rates are quoted in Australian dollars including GST and are subject to availability
- A two night minimum applies on weekends, with three night minimum stays during Holiday Periods, Christmas, Easter and public holidays
- Bukirk Glamping is not obligated to honour any past promotions that have since expired
- Due to the steep and uneven surface of access to Bukirk, our Glamping Tents and Fancy Coops, some areas at the venue are not suitable for wheelchairs
- All Gift Certificates have a strict 3 years validity from date of purchase, and cannot be extended under any circumstance. Please note Gift Certificates are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Rebooking a Stay within cancellation terms may incur a $50 admin fee
- Should damages occur, smoking in areas not permitted or excessive cleaning be required Bukirk reserves the right to charge your credit card provided at time of check in a Cleaning Fee of up to $500
- Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. If you are found charging, Bukirk management will remove the charger and a $50 fee will be charged. For further clarification regarding this policy, please contact Alison
