Cancellation Policy : Bukirk Glamping

We understand that plans can change. As a small, boutique accommodation with limited availability, our cancellation policy is in place to protect the viability of our business and ensure fairness to all guests.

Within 7 days of arrival – Cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date

More than 7 days notice – Guests may either move their booking to another date or receive a refund (minus the credit card processing fee)

Amendments & Repeat Changes

Bookings may be rescheduled once with more than 7 days’ notice (subject to availability).

Bukirk reserves the right to decline further amendments or refunds where a booking has already been rescheduled. Repeated cancellations or date changes may result in forfeiture of all payments made.

An administration fee may apply to repeat booking changes.
